Ethiopia that was known around the world as “Thirteen Months of Sunshine” has rebranded its tourism logo as “The Land of Origin” the need for the brand change as experts put it is to promote the many assets that originate from Ethiopia.
Experts in the field indicate that the change of the brand name alone is not enough to bring the much-needed tourists to the country. Proper promotion and improving the hotel infrastructure and using the electronic promotional system as opposed to the traditional way is found to be more effective.
